Finally got the book! It took Amazon unexpectedly long to ship it to US, longer than it would take to Austria...
UPD: it turned out that it didn't take long because of the shipping to US or to Austria but only because that it wasn't available at Amazon, only at some other partner of Amazon. I didn't understand my husband correctly. This kind of miscommunication is going on often if nobody speaks the language of the other one fluent.
